NEW.HOTEL.PROJECT. is the latest business project of SPENSO GmbH: the arrangement of contacts between hotel property owners and prospective buyers. When required, intensive consultation for tourism sports concepts or the use of alternative energy source can also be provided.

Who is SPENSO GmbH?

SPENSO sports & new energy solutions GmbH is developing:

• sport tourism concepts for hotels, holiday centers and holiday destinations. The most recent and extensive project was the development of the master plan for the Gloria Sports Arena in Belek / Turkey
• solar energy concepts  for the combined heating of hotel pools and industrial water in tourist regions with a global radiation above 1700 Kwh / year.

Thanks to his long-standing experience in the world of the tourism industry, the managing director Ewald Schilberz, has developed extensive and excellent connections in the hotel buisness.  He has completed his graduate studies in  electrical/energy engineering and sports and is managing the german sport travel agency Pro.Training Tours sucessfully since almost 30 years.
